University Information, a unit of University Relations, is the department that gathers and facilitates the exchange of university details and facts to the internal and external Mason community. Through the university switchboard, information desks/kiosks, university directory, event information, weekly campus announcements, and university web pages, we are often a primary point of contact to Mason for nearly one million people each year.

The University Information staff team consists of a director, associate director, assistant director, five managers, four supervisors and fifty student information assistants across the Arlington, Fairfax, and Prince William campuses.
