Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

• Assist guests and visitors with questions and information on all aspects of the university
• Provide event information on all campuses, as well as the Mason Inn events
• Provide directions around the Mason Inn; around the Fairfax Campus; to the other campuses; and to other city or county destinations
• Produce the weekly “Events Around Town,” Mason Inn Concierge Events Newsletter sharing event information about Mason, City of Fairfax, and Fairfax County
• Provide recommendations for hotel guests about the Mason Inn, George Mason University, and destinations within a 30-mile radius of campus that fit their interests and needs
• Answer and transfer calls to the requested department or person
• Connect guests with the proper department within the Mason Inn for assistance
• Assist as needed with information for booking special shows or events on any of the George Mason University Campuses for guests, and provide information on obtaining tickets
• Maintain brochure and map resources for display and dissemination
